The superior queen room was heated with a hot tub. the staff was very, very nice and welcoming and provided excellent services. the pool was great and I had hot drinks in the poolside bar. the hotel was near to Spain use and the castle/village.

Its location just a short walk away from La Iruela Castle was marvellous. Moreover, it's right by the restaurant next door, and Spain.

Nicely decorated superior queen room, very big beds. Excellent service, amicable and welcoming staff during stay. Amazing and fantastic location, relatively near an ancient fortification.

The best thing was the location, an idyllic place. Although the room was road oriented and with "Chinese" decoration (which we already knew) we were very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was complete, but without much show off (the best thing was the possibility of ordering things from the kitchen, freshly prepared, tortillas, scrambled, bacon,...).
Well, there were a couple of details that I didn't like:. first one was that they had NO MAPS OF THE AREA, once we made the check-in we asked for some information to visit the area and they had run out of maps. They told us to come by a little later... because until the next day... no map was found... we went a couple of times to the reception. second and worse than the previous one was the deal at the SPA. We booked a thermal circuit for Saturday, for my partner and I, offered at 25 euros per person. We arrived at our time and SPA was ABORTIONED, until there.. everything great, girl inside the spa indicated us with professionalism how to make the circuit. the bad thing came when it was time to leave, at five to nine a lady (the receptionist at that time in the spa) started to turn off the lights and without a word to us she expected us to leave there with a face of anger and bad mood quite unpleasant. We went upstairs to change and in a very bad way she starts to ask us for the keys to the lockers (by the way we could only use one locker, my wife, because there were no men's lockers), bathrobes etc. I don't think these are ways of treating the client by this lady. They should have the account that not only you earn points with good facilities, treatment is important.

In the middle of summer the water in the pool was cool.
Reception staff did not make us feel welcome when we arrived. Three of them on duty but they kept their heads down at screens and ignored us standing at the counter even though we were the only guests there. They identified certain rooms for Booked.net guests and asked us to pay extra for an upgrade room in another section of the hotel. It seams that discounted prices mean poorer quality rooms at this hotel. Room was awful.

Friendy and helpful staff.
Young lady in the bar could have been a little bit more pleasent when advising on the menu.

The car park has plenty of spaces, was located on the ground floor of the hotel and is free (April 2018). The breakfast is varied, typical hotel buffet: toast, juices, coffee, sausages, fruit and pastries.the room's bathroom is large and clean, with a hydro-massage shower.the reception staff (especially a senior receptionist) was very friendly and explained to us all the itineraries, visits, prices, duration, etc. about Cazorla. The room (junior suite) is large, the spa (25 euro/person) was quite decent and a Jacuzzi outside has a beautiful view of the Iruela castle, it is 2 km from the centre of Cazorla, we walked there and returned by taxi (for 10 euro) after dinner.
I booked a junior suite for 2 people but the room they gave us had an extra single bed (which, as I saw on the website, is another room). It's not a big inconvenience (that's why we didn't say anything in reception) although it did take up some space.the "oriental" decoration is of dubious taste.being located on the first floor the window looked directly to the parking lot where there were always people coming and going, so the time we spent in the room was spent with the curtains closed.the bed's pillow was very soft; you practically rested your head on the mattress.there are steps to get to the elevator (at least a couple) so it would be complicated to access people with mobility problems.

The hotel environment is well situated. With a view impressions and very good to relax the only bad thing that our room was facing the road and you hear many cars passing by . The food in it. Restaurant is very very good and breakfast as well. . From here I would like to greet the dining room metre and waiters for how attentive they are and kind always ready to help congratulations to all for their professionalism so nice to stay . The waitresses of. Room also are very kind greetings for them because they do a huge job and not very grateful . The rooms are very well equipped and each one of a style. Although the bed mattresses are quite bad, they are sprung and are out of date, so I would recommend changing them. My room was 1107
The spa is very good but I see it as quite expensive for just two hours of circuit time. Thanks to an offer that we took on Saturday with a price reduced by half we could enjoy a lot

Comfort and location.
For evening dining the restaurant lacked atmosphere and was chilly. The set evening meal was only fair, not really enough choices. Breakfast however was excellent.

A great selection of products for a generous breakfast. So caring and helpful staff with a smile. - Lovely and wonderful location to Ruinas de Santa Maria. - Beautiful area next to Cazorla, the mountains, and an absolutely fabulous location with a beautiful lake.
